PAYMENTS (Private Photo Sessions & Events)

All payments are due in advance. A non-refundable security deposit of 50% (otherwise stated) of the total cost secures the clients date, time and services of The Company. If the client does not opt to pay in full, all balances are due prior to photo session/event. Clients are recommended to be on location at least 10 minutes prior to photo sessions. Late arrival will not extend the clients booking time. Events that exceed the contracted time will be charged additional cost. All payments are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.

CANCELLING, RESCHEDULING & TIME MANGEMENT

We understand that schedules my change, in the event a client reschedules a photo session/event photography 48 hours prior to booking date (at The Company’s availability), your photo session payment will be applied to the rescheduled date. If the client cancels without notice, the client will be charged the full rate of service requested (booked). If the client is 15 minutes late (for a private photo session) without any form of notice/communication, the photo session will be cancelled with no refund. If the client wishes to reschedule, a new booking (including deposit) must be paid.

IMAGES & COPYRIGHT

  • Photo Sessions: Client Images will be available within 3-7 working days after the photo session.
  • Events: Client Images will be available within three 3-5 working days after the event.
  • Weddings: Client Images will be available within 3-8 weeks after the event (Depending on client’s customization)
  • All photographs remain the property of the Company, and may be used to promote the Company (and affiliated companies).
  • Private Photo Sessions: Client Images will be available within two to five(3-7) working days after the photo session.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY PROHIBITED

Personal photographs or videotaping (via cell phones, cameras and video recorders of any kind) in studio or on location during the Company’s photo sessions is prohibited.

SAFETY

If the Company feels the selected private photo session location (by the client) seems unsafe, the Company has the right to relocate. The Company is not liable for any items stolen or lost at photo shoots or events. The Company assumes no responsibility for any mishaps or accidents on/at photo shoots/events.
